Resistance bands
Bands are a great workout/stretching tool. I have traveled with bands for many years, my last set has started to crack and so I needed to replace them. These should replace them fine. I suggest you get a carabiner to go with them so that you can clip to places. I like using these to stretch, especially the shoulders. They come with a nice case and a mediocre hand grip. As for me, I do a lot of heavy weight workouts and find bands are still a good part of my array of workout tools.
