Sleek, adjustable, easy to use – feels like sunshine!
This is exactly what I was looking for in regards to a serotonin boosting, seasonal lamp! The winter gets dark, and having a warm light to sit under is perfect for uplifting the mood.This lamp is super easy to set up, had a clean/modern look that blends in with most rooms, and has an adjustable base to make it fit to any height. The lamp itself is very flexible and works great as a reading lamp as well! The different light settings are controlled by an attached remote with timer, and are easily explained in the instruction book.I’d definitely get this lamp for a gift – it’s pleasant to sit under and boost your mood!

I like that this product had different settings. I gave it four stars because the stand is unstable, has a tendency to fall over easily.Great for reading, fine bead work and nail polish application. That’s what I use it for.

Bit smaller than I thought, good for softly filling an area
Putting this together took seconds, literally. You just screw a couple pieces together and you’re done. You don’t even need tools. Most of it is the base. The light itself is just the piece on the top. Stretched all the way out, it’s about 5′ tall. It looks fairly silly when it’s stretched all the way out though. It’s a small light. Stretched out, it looks like a tall, small light. It weighs basically nothing.It does not remember your last color temperature setting. It always goes to 4000k when you first turn it on. The timer only has 3 settings, 15, 30 and 45 minutes.One thing that is a little bit odd is the fact that you really have to tighten it down to get it to actually tighten. In other words, not adjust its own height if someone bumps it. If you want it truly locked, you have to put some effort in, which is made a bit difficult by the fact that there isn’t much to grip. If you have hand strength issues, such as arthritis, you might not enjoy this much.The color temperature definitely changes. 6500k might be a little bluer than 6500k and 4000k might be a little yellower. 3000k is quite yellow, of course. I don’t have any way to properly measure it, but I think 6500k might be closer to 7k. 4000k might be more like 3500k. I’m not sure on that. It just seems like 6500k is too blue and 4000k is too yellow.It is just 5v, plain old USB. It comes with a 3a (15w) power supply. I tested it, and it only uses 2a (10w) at most. In other words, basically any old 5v USB-A power supply will work, including those 2.5A USB-A ports on many power strips.It’s not terribly bright, but it does fill a decent area. Honestly, for the price, I’d just buy some powerful overhead, 6500k lights and call it a day. I got out my lux meter and tested the actual lux of this thing. Can it hit 11000k? Yep. You have to be 3″ away from it. That’s way too close. I’m not exaggerating. I had to put my meter 3″ away from this at max brightness to hit 11000 lux.For the price, there are much better options out there.

Light Me Up! The Most Versatile, Best Floor Lamp I Have Purchased!
I love this light! At first, I thought, why would I even need this LOL? Turns out it’s versatile, because I’ve also used it as a spotlight on products that I photograph. (Instead of my ring light)I can’t stand that I don’t have skylights in my living room (I used to) and that it gets DARK o’clock at 4:49 in soCal winter season, I can’t STAND it!!!! I lived in Hawaii for 10 years and none of this “clock-changing business” occurred there!So I got this small light, as it doesn’t take up much room, to see if it would help relieve some anxiety. Of course, i have a huge ring light and a GOVEE floor lamp that has these same light settings, but I didn’t want to burn those out using it daily.I’m 5’3″ and it only reaches to my chest area. I thought at first they made it shorter so that it hits the face area when seated. However….I accidentally discovered, at today years old, that if I loosen the gold metal piece, this awesome light is expandable!!!! I didn’t know, since I did not read the manual, another thing I don’t like to do LOL. It is flexible/bendable at the top portion measuring 8 1/2 “, which I love that, and had not realized that feature when I ordered it.The round face portion is 5″ wide, and is more of a soft, matte/muted yet bright enough light. This simple, contemporary decor light was well thought out when designed. I love that the controller has a timer and a dimmer and is aesthetically pleasing. At the top portion, measuring 8 1/2″, it’s flexible/bendable like Gumby!This was so, so easy to put together, I say that because I dread putting anything together.It is lightweight and easily portable and easily taken apart to tote between photography studios or events.It is sturdy once the 2 white coated metal pieces are screwed together. The base is 8 1/2 ” wide and flat as a nailhead–I am impressed that it sits balanced on carpet! It does not tip over! Also, I appreciate that it does not screw in slanted nor sloppily at the base like another Amazon brand lamp that recently got me annoyed.A “brick” power charger is included, but you can use just the USB without the brick too.This “Light up your Life” lamp is VERSATILE!1. My fav light setting is the autumn-ish sunny 3000K, for its calming effect. I surely need that after flying around with 175 different personalities, not including my crew’s personalities LOL.2. The 6000K feels like a beach day–a daylight like illumination–and makes an excellent filler light for photography (helps me see colors more accurately) or ideal for a detailed work mode light, like for an auto mechanic.3. The 4000K provides a neutral white light, PERFECT for reading, without causing eye strain nor being too harsh on my eyes.It is excellent quality, I definitely recommend this “new on the Amazon market” floor lamp. I was concerned it would be a cheap, plastic & silicone lightweight flimsy lamp…like my GOVEE RGBIC Floor lamp that I bought few months ago and wish I could return. GOVEE is EXTREMELY overpriced. This KINGSOM metal floor lamp is a way better value for my money.This KINGSOM Light Therapy Lamp made me feel sunny-happy, I definitely could use more light in my life!
