Really relaxing and easy to use
Picked this up for neck and shoulder tension and it’s been working pretty well. The massage feels strong enough to actually loosen things up, and the heat is a nice bonus without getting too hot. I like that it’s cordless so I can use it on the couch or in bed. Controls are simple and straightforward. Overall, a solid little massager for everyday use.

Good item for neck pain relief
Feeling so relax after a 15-mins neck and shoulder massage. It does the job and works very well. Portability is the best part where I don’t have to wrap around the cord every time. I can use this one at any where. Battery can last a couple of 15 mins sessions. Good for pain relief.

Strong massage, real heat — works best on shoulders
I’ve been using this neck and shoulder massager for a couple of weeks now, mostly at night after work when my shoulders are tight. It definitely gives a deep massage, much stronger than I expected at first.The kneading motion feels firm and slow, not buzzy or vibrating, which I like. On my shoulders and upper back it does a good job of loosening things up. I also tried it on my calves and lower back and it worked fine there too, but shoulders are where it shines.The heat actually gets warm enough to matter. It doesn’t take long to heat up, and combined with the massage it helps relax sore muscles pretty quickly. I usually turn the heat on for the first half of a session and then leave it off toward the end.I really like that it’s cordless. I can use it on the couch or in bed without dealing with a cord. Battery life has been fine so far — I charge it every 3-5 uses.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the intensity. Even on the lower setting, it can feel strong on the neck if you’re sensitive. I found it works best when I control the pressure with my arms instead of letting it sit heavy on my neck.Overall, this is a solid massager if you want real pressure and heat, not just vibration. I’d recommend it for shoulder and upper back tension, just not for anyone who wants a very gentle massage. It is a little more expensive than others I looked at but I feel good about the cost vs the quality. I think it is well worth the money.

Couldn’t be happier
After reading more reviews than I care to mention and looking at close to 40 different products I can safely say that I am super happy to have chosen this one. The massage is firm but not painful, the heat function works better than expected, the battery life is fantastic-be aware it does automatically switch off after approx 15mins so just switch it back on if you want longer. I like that you change the direction of rotation and the speed. I’ve only been using it for a month but it seems to be well built and durable, great quality and an awesome price. I would definitely recommend it.

This neck and shoulder massager is exactly what I needed. Great Massager
This neck massager is a nice item. It gives a deep massage and heats up nicely. I like it better than a previous one that I had purchased because it doesn’t latch on and painfully squeeze my nexk Iike the last one did.My only complaint would be that I wish it could reach lower on my trap muscles, but, honestly, I don’t think I’ve seen any that do this. We purchased this same unit for our son’s birthday gift and he loves it.

Die beiden Modi (Richtungswechsel) sind genau richtig – einer angenehm sanft, der andere etwas kräftiger, wenn’s mehr braucht. Die Wärmefunktion rundet das Ganze perfekt ab und sorgt dafür, dass die Muskeln richtig schön locker werden. Es ist leicht zu bedienen, fühlt sich gut an und sitzt genau da, wo es soll. Ich nutze es regelmäßig und möchte es echt nicht mehr missen.
